This is a free 45-minute conversation where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping for, and whether my approach feels supportive for you. There’s no pressure or obligation. It’s just a chance to explore next steps together.

Private Coaching Sessions

Private coaching sessions with Lee are $120 for a 45-minute session.

A $25 deposit is required to confirm your appointment, with the remaining balance due at the time of the session.

Payment

I do not accept insurance. However, my services are often eligible for reimbursement through Health Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

You’ll be prompted to enter your debit or credit card information when scheduling—this is my preferred payment method. If you’d like to pay by check or cash, we can discuss that together.

Sliding Scale Availability

I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who request them.

If finances are a concern and you feel motivated to engage in this work, I’m happy to have a conversation about sliding-scale options. Please don’t hesitate to ask.
