Make room for the sacred and the uncertain.
A spacious, thoughtful relationship for exploring faith, meaning, mystery, doubt, and the movements of your inner life.
You don’t need a particular set of beliefs, certainty about your spiritual path, or even words for what you’re seeking. We begin with your experience and the questions you carry.
Sometimes the questions themselves are the beginning.
Spiritual direction makes room for a deeper listening—not a lesson to master or a set of conclusions to adopt.
Faith and doubt
Explore changing beliefs, spiritual questions, and the places where inherited answers no longer fit.
Contemplation and mystery
Make space for silence, wonder, contemplative practice, and the sacred within ordinary life.
Meaning and transformation
Attend to thresholds, grief, longing, purpose, and the person you are becoming.
A space to listen more deeply.
Spiritual direction is less about receiving answers and more about noticing what becomes possible through presence and attentive conversation.
I bring a background in theology, psychology, contemplative spirituality, and pastoral care. I welcome people who are rooted in a tradition, questioning one, reconstructing faith, or exploring spirituality outside organized religion.
We may attend to prayer, silence, experiences of beauty, symbols, life passages, or questions of belonging. The conversation is guided by your own lived experience and agency.
- Explore the sacred without pressure to believe a particular thing.
- Bring your uncertainty, grief, wonder, or questions about meaning.
- Listen for patterns, invitations, and movements of the inner life.
- Approach transformation with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.
You can begin exactly where you are.
There are moments when life invites us beyond the familiar and into something more spacious.
For some, this happens through faith. For others, through nature, relationships, music, silence, or an experience that cannot be easily explained. There is room for all of these here.
I offer an inclusive, non-coercive approach. Spiritual direction is not a substitute for mental health treatment, and it is not about persuading you into a belief system.
LM Wellness Coaching & Consulting provides coaching, education, consulting, and spiritual direction—not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or psychological assessment. If you need mental health treatment, please consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
My Foundational Belief
"Humans aren’t broken. Bones break. Systems break. Communication breaks. Understanding breaks. We are pained, but not broken. We are shaped by habits, but not defined by them. If you’re breathing right now, nothing is broken.
The best therapy, the best science, and the best of religion return us to this truth: we are already whole—and from here, healing unfolds.”
